Who is Mark A Moses?
"My basic philosophy is constant and never ending improvement in my health, fitness, and longevity."
The foundation of any successful athlete (not exerciser) is to establish a simple strategy for health and fitness success, that at the same time incorporates competition in the mix.
Mark applies this philosophy in everything he does, whether it's working out, eating, teaching, sharing, competition or public speaking.
After graduating with a degree in Biology from the University of Texas in 1975, Mark went on to teach elementary school, then after starting a family, moved into the technology field. After the death of his wife of 30+ years in 2015, he fell into a state of depression. Until he discovered the amazing feelings he felt from health and exercise, transforming his 66 year old body into a svelte athlete.
Now, Mark combines his love of teaching and passion for health to inspire others, young and old, to chase a life of happiness and wellbeing. It's truly never too late to start.
